Here we go: the two (most funniest) cartoon robots I've ever seen: Scratch (the rooster) and Grounder (whatever) from "Sonic the hedgehog" (the cartoon series from the 90ies, not the Sonic X Animé!).
It was first shown in Germany on 3rd October 1995 (unfortunately it wasn't shown again) and it was a very funny show, because these two robots were always discussing and fighting
