One of my Uchiha OCs. His father's Sasuke, but I haven't decided his mother, so use your imagination.
I was thinking of TOS when I made his clothes, which is why they're a little odd for a Naruto OC, I suppose. The belts remind me of Sasuke's rope. Probably was my hidden intention during the designing stage.
