This is magnificent. I see what you mean about the hair, but the rest of it is just so good that I'm uncertain of what words will cover it. Let's skip adjectives by themselves, though, and get right to specifics...

The cuffs and the fishnet sleeves have so much detail and realism to them. The rings are great, too, but the work really stands out on the arm accoutrements.

The makeup is just gorgeous. The eyes pop right out at you and the subtle lines in the lips look exactly like the dryness below matte black lipstick. Even the nose (which isn't necessarily a cosmetic aspect, I realize) is perfect.

I suppose the concept around which I'm stumbling here is photo-realism and you've really done it. Not only that, but you've done it well.
