(Oh, that and of course merged with the Berserkers. However, the Berserkers were known to go into battle with no armour. Dagur and his men wear helmets and studded leather armour, so I guess it would be a mixture of the two.)

I assume that old depictions of Pictish warriors is what Dreamworks requested Dagur be based on. And since his name would also fit a Faroese native it makes sense in some respects. (Northern Scotland/Scottish islands/close by to Scotland.) I enjoy drawing his tattoos greatly, even if they are just 3 'claw like' marks on his face and right arm.

nice. I like how his hair looks in this one and how you've used the dark black outlines to good effect.
on some of these I liked how that gave a bit of a stained c=glass look, this doesn't so much have that effect, but the outline still looks good here.
