Ya it is Garra.(he is one of my favorite char. especially(if that is how it is spelled) when he turns into a raccon) I did not draw the "love" symbol on his forhead because it was diffacult to draw. (you may be able to see eraser markings because i tried)

i luvs Garra too...the poor scared child just needs a nice hug! like seriously. a hug and maybe a girlfriend would cheer him up nicely and then he won't go off destroying the world and all that crap. well u drew a REALLY nice pic!!!
