Degeneration

Well, this is a tattoo I designed for my cousin. She is currently studying to become a tattoo artist and wishes to open her own business one day. She asked me personally if I would draw her tattoos for her and only her (therefore, this material is copyrighted). However, before I send this off, I wanted to get a general opinion of this work. Would you get it as a tattoo? Answer truthfully.
