WIP Halloween

This is a work in progress.

It's a Halloween picture if you haven't noticed. Lol.

I finished the chibies so now the bg has to be done. I'm going to paint it black and do that web-like-shattered-glass look I've been doing lately with white paint.

Oh yeah the top is a city cut out if you couldn't tell. I tried to take a good picture, but failed miserably.
