Oh the girl with the short hair is the first sighting of Mewtwo's rival and enemy Tsumnai Kaji! Tsunami knows that Mewtwo is an alien (like Dib) while Mewtwo (like ZIM) always escapes. Oh Mewtwo's Earth name is Yuutoko Marshio.
