i finally got it up and it's only flat colored, i wanted to finish the coloring but i won't be able to finish it all tonight because i have to cook dinner and get stuff for my brother's birfdeh tomorrow. The reason this took so long was i was having trouble creating a pokemon that was similar yet different to the previous one, i think i did ok though
