This is my first attempt at this kind of tutorial layout, so sorry if it ain't great lol. A few people have asked me how I do my hair, so I decided to share my ways. For starters though, this tutorial is designed for Photoshop7+, with a use of a tablet. I'm not sure whether this method will work with a mouse...I mean, you can try it, but ya might be there all day. Another thing, sorry if the pictures are hard to see. The images were easy to see on the monitor I created them on, but after switching comps, they're kinda hard to see detail *scratches head* Enough of my ramblings O.o This is Part 1. Enjoy everyone!! Oh, and any questions, please feel free to ask me :)

WindshadowsOoooh nice tutorial! I've always wondered how you did your hair...it always looks so good. Maybe I'll try this out once I get some more practice with Photoshop! And a tablet too....grr...they're so expensive...

GreyJediI looks so simple, I want to try it out. But I can't, I shouldn't even be on here at the moment, I've got so much else that I have to do. *coughcoughhomeworkcough*

Midnight_ChaosThanks GreyJedi!! *huggles* Yeah, it is pretty simple once you practice a bit. I used my tablet for this...I'm not sure if a mouse would have the same effect. You can try it, but it'd probably take longer, plus with a mouse, you can't really control the weight or thickness of your strokes. I haven't actually tried this method with a mouse, since I don't have a steady hand (left handed -_-'), but you can try it. It might work :D I'm glad my saturation/hue/contrast rambles were entertaining lol. I figured I should include that in case...I don't generally touch the hair once I've put in the dogde and burn colors, but someone might need to use it. Thanks again for the comments!!

Midnight_ChaosThanks for all the comments Rubidium :D I know you've been wondering how I did the hair, so I'm hoping this has helped you a little. It's not hard to do once you get the hang of it, but it is time consuming. I made this tutorial thanks to you ^_^ Sorry it's split into three too!! The file was too big as one image, so I had to cut it up...hope it wasn't a bother. Thanks again!! *hug*
