Ichimaru Gin

HOLY SNOT IT'S GIN!!I don't mean to be mean but I don't really like Gin..He creeps me out..But you did a wonderful job!I thought I read in my sister's baby names book that "Gin" meant "better than best" but it turns out that "Jin" means "better than best"lol Once again good job!!=P

(Screams as people throw things in Bijoux's direction with disgust)...
 
Anyways...errrr...was this the picture and I started complaining that his hair melded into the background too much so you had to fix it...? It came out well...considering his hair is silver and so's the background so naturally it would've been difficult... I like his crazy expression...he doesn't look as creepy as usual...(shifty eye)...

Thankyou Chikacookie ^_^ The hand took me a while to do...at some point I'd made his pinky too small -.-; But don't worry about finding them hard to draw!! Drawing hands only needs practice. When drawing them, just study your own until you get the hang of it. It also helps to draw the rough shape of the palm first, then single lines for the thumb and fingers (remembering the distance between the knuckles), before adding in "flesh" and shaping it to look more like a hand. I still have trouble drawing them too ^_^

I adore his hand. Seriously. I think I've been getting worse at hands. He looks friendly, even though, from what I know of Gin, he's not really.

The only problem I can see with it, is that his hair really blends into the background and is hard-ish to distinguish.

Thankyou Grey-san!! *glomps* His hand took me a while to get right...had to use my own as reference, so his hand doesn't look as bony as it should lol. Heh, I don't know what happened with his expression....at first it looked twisted, but then he didn't look creepy anymore when I colored him. Maybe it's his hair hiding his eyebrows or something...*shrugs* I think his hair color depends on the monitor its seen through...when I colored him at my mum's, it looked alright, but down here at my dad's, the top part of his hair is pretty much the same color as the background. Thanks for pointing it out :) It'll remind me to take notice for future pics ^_^

i wanted to talk about gin, and my thoughts on him, but i didn't want to spoil just in case i would have, coz i'm at episode 154 which is the latest, and now i'm also reading the manga so i dunno how much i can say without revealing anything LOL

what i will say is, that i think that gin is kinda funny at times, and the more time marches on, the less i hate him, and the more i pity him... which is weird, because he's not a nice person even by a fraction LOL

anyways, you and i both know how much this absolutely rawks corad, i'm always amazed with your detail, and when i get my new place i'm getting a laptop that works with my tab so i'm gonna try develop my own tab style and then i'm restarting my manga in full colour. which will be harder for me, but it may also be the most rewarding for me.

how hard is it to use graphics tabs anyways?

Still gotta be careful what we say though, in case others are reading these comments ^_^ I've been reading the manga too, but I haven't caught up to the anime yet. I'll try to read more sometime just to be in line with the releases.

At first, I thought Gin was creepy since I didn't know where he stood in relation to alliances and such. Now I know, I'm actually quite fond of him. He's my sister's fav character, and usually whatever she likes, I begin to like myself for some reason. She's been writing a story with him in it, and man is it funny. I'll get her to put it up on fanfiction, in case you ever want to read it. I don't think Gin is that mean to be honest. A couple of things I've seen, it shows he has a heart (won't say in case of spoilers, but look at ep 48/49). It'd be so much easier talking freely about it, but alas...I can't. Don't wanna spoil it for others O_o You should talk to my sis sometime about Gin...she makes you see things about him which you'd normally miss I think. She opened my eyes on a few Gin related things, making me like him more.

Thankyou for the compliment on my pic :) I'm improving with each pic, I think O.O I can offer you a few coloring tips for when you get your tablet, if you'd like them. It's a little hard at first to use a tablet, but once you get the hang of it, and your coordination is right, it's quite simple to use. Probaby never go back to coloring with a mouse again :D Good luck with your manga btw!! I hope it goes well for you ^_^
