The Man Slayer's Curfew

Madman "Vamp It Up" Art Competition entry from 2011. We had to chose an anime character and draw them as a vampire, depicting how it effected the character and plot. I'd chosen Himura Kenshin from Rurouni Kenshin.


Himura Kenshin has reverted back to his old ways, slaying people left, right and center. But it is not the thought of battle that drives him. No, it's his newfound lust for blood. After taking a bite from a vampire, Kenshin has broken his word, and no longer protects the innocent - he hunts them. But now as the sun begins to rise, Kenshin must retreat, and slumber until the moon rises again.
