Topo: A hot-headed fighter

This is Topo, the boss of the third level, Dino Mountain. He never really attacks you. He instead jumps on top of the skull of one of his dinosaur slaves and the dinosaur attacks you with fire blasts, meteors, and it's head. When it crunches its head onto the ground, if you don't get caught under its teeth, you get the chance to attack Topo. Once he's defeated, Dino Mountain is saved from the crows.
