YEAH! Ribbon's True name is Astraea. She isn't really a goddess but that was what she was called before she endded the corrupt Echidna Empire. She didn't kill any one, just absorbed their technology thinking that would humble them. They sealed her away with the Master Emerald when she turned her back. After being sealed for god knows how long she lost her memory and now lives as The Ribbon Racer.\
