Aahahahah I really am procrastinating. I lack the ability to concentrate on one important picture without starting another. I'm meant to be working on my Christmas Contest, but instead I finished this one even though I just started it yesterday where as the entry I started last week or something. I'm so sorry lucky-sama, but I'll try and post the picture in time >//~//<

Yhe background took so long, because I only used Fireworks and ms paint so I had to fill in the main picture then paste it behind that layer and in large it, can someone give me tips on how to make effective but simple effects?
