Cute girls in a tree

Hello people; how are you all doing today?
Haven't submitted anything in ages-apparently my art sucks, anyway. LOL. Well, this is just a little pic I did about 4 months ago. Two of my characters for a shoujo-ai doujinshi(spelling?) I was gonna draw, but until now I haven't gotten around to it(still in "practicing mode"). The one sitting on the tree is Mariko, the other one has not yet received a name.

Any constructive criticism, and other comments are-as always- greatly appreciated. PLEASE, I NEED TIPPS!!!!!
