Thing is in the anime he DOES look like a girl until he opens his mouth.

And then you kind of wish that he didn't. Think Tamaki Suoh, only about 100 times worse. And he doesn't discern between gender, so long as people love him.

Pity the people he finds beautiful, since... he won't leave them alone.
