I really like this image. The stars look great and are wonderfully placed. I also like how smooth the lines are for this image. :3 It seems you had a sense of either calm or confidence while drawing it.

For cc: be careful where you put the folds in the fabric. :3 Be sure to keep in mind where the legs are under the cloths and have the folds move about them.

Aaaw that's so pretty! I like the lady's dress. Nice falling lights (^^), and having her catching one of them is a good touch.
Prett lights, I must say, is quite a title. It really had me guessing...no really! It did!
