This came out AWESOMELY, and it must be >_< FRUSTRATING having to deal with the humidity, but I especially like the way you captured the background with their expressions and emotions!! Great Job!!! Your shading is always the best! Love the jeans!!! He seems to be reflecting on the moments and keeping them safely tucked away and protected by his protective posture. Keep up your awesome work always!!!!!!!!!

I don't know about any hidden meanings, but I do know that this piece is coming along quite lovely. Absolutely gorgeous. I think the background looks just fine; just give the paper some time to dry, it's happened to me too. ^_~
