You have something going on here, here's what you need to do.The next time you make a computer drawing, you need to put the lineart (the outline of your character) on a separate layer. So you draw out the lines on a different layer and then you paint (not fillbucket) the color under it on another layer. This gets rid of the white line surrounding the dragon, making it look cleaner and smoother.
Or you can use a harder brush tool.
Or you can do the color first and then do the lineart on the same layer over it.
But the white line is really distracting from the cuteness of the dragon you have.
