Horse- for DeFreitas

Well, I spent my 6 week 'break' in Trinidad getting up at 4.30 am to work a 10 hour shift at the local stables. Yes, I was leading and working in 37 degree heat but I learnt so much whilst I was there. It was a racing stables owned by legendary trainer and jockey, Mr. DeFreitas. Looking at the racecard, I realised most of the jockeys riding were from the DeFreitas family! The guy was a legend and he terrified me, in the best way imaginable and I'm really grateful for the oppertunity I had to work with him and the riding lessons he gave me. ( I never get to go bareback at home! ¬¬;) This picture is for him and his shiny thoroughbreds ^^
