Her hair flows so beautiful with her movement and it looks so shiny and soft!
I LOVE how you've shaded her. All the dark and light is where it's supposed to be. Her outfit looks great! The colors match each other so well and you rock at drawing folds! The background makes the picture look even happier and joyful I think.

I really like her outfit! Simple and unique! I haven't seen tops like those or maybe I'm not looking hard enough. And I didn't notice it at first, but her rainbow bracelet is a great touch! Looking at this picture, I assume Victoria's a really colorful person. :D
T^T The coloring is so professional! Take the clothes for example. The shading is awesome and how it's colored really gives the clothing a textured feel. I like the shine in her hair, on her cheeks, and on her lips. I dunno why, but the sharp tooth in her smile really catches my attention. It's like she's up to something or at least, that's how I interpret it.
Of course the lineart is amazing as well! Without the lines, it wouldn't be as wonderful. Like the details of her green top. Without the lines, I wouldn't think it's sort of sweatery like. And the folds! They all look like they're in the right place.
The background isn't overly detailed, which brings out Victoria a lot more. The blue gradient you used makes me think of the ocean<3 And I like how the green isn't the same shade of green she's wearing, but it still fits with the picture.
And it's alright if you lied. :P

And that's good because if you were to have your cannines sanded, they wouldn't be as sharp, huh? But right now, I'm imaging that your mother has fairly long cannines, like they reach her lower gums. Haha, I'm glad people these days don't just jump to conclusions, screaming that your family is full of vampires or something. But it's interesting, hehe. My two cannines seems sharper than normal as well. When my boyfriend and I first started going out, he kept teasing me that I was a vampire. XD

Well, her torso is bit wide looking, head could be bit bigger or neck bit thinner, but coloring is great, especially in the hair! ^_^
