ohh wow this is really cool! and iv never seen someone draw a dragon and make it look and act like an old dragon! and i love his mustache!also i see nothing wrong with your background! (unless you where going for a sunny day feel at witch point i think you failed :P) but i am guessing you where going for a cloudy day as those definitely look like clouds and the rough sea is a nice touch! is a storm rolling in? cus those are the vibes im getting ^.^
the only thing that seems off are the dragons eyes...or lack there of actually, was the dragon supposed to have no eyes?
anywho over all great job!
