Sweet Timid Butterfly

"No longer able to stomach the insults and rejection she fled to a secluded meadow, where she could cry in solitude and keep her heart sheltered and isolated from others whom toy with it. Her arrival in the meadow had cleared out any critters that were out and about thanks to her unbidden friend that stalked her every where she went. All but a single butterfly left the meadow. Such a fragile creature should have sought shelter; instead, it decided to stay and comfort one of its own."

So, the original idea was drawing her as a chibi (in her GMG outfit) with a butterfly on her nose. However, whenever I did it ended up looking like her as a child. So, I thought okay her as a child is still adorable. So, I swapped her GMG outfit for her outfit she wore as a child (as it would only make sense) and redrew it with her just standing there with it on her nose. Then I thought: "I could go deeper with this. " That's when this idea came about.

I had cropped out a bit of this pic. Your not missing too much except lots more rain and seeing the rest of her umbrella as I did draw the whole thing out. Well, hope you all enjoy.
