Yeah, I REALLY can't make any excuses for this one, besides the whole excess amounts of sugar thing... Palpatine isn't my fav char., so I didn't work quite as hard on this one as I did others (plus, there wasn't as much TO do in this one, I mean, a cloak and an ugly face, come on!) Comments!!
