What...?

This was done entirely with a pen. A normal pen. No sketch. Only pen. I am so proud of myself. Her eye is too big, but then that was what I started with. Originally I was just going to cover a whole page with realistic eyes for practise. But then I drew the first one. And loved it. And couldn't help drawing a nose. then shading it. then drawing her lips. Then I decided that my good luck could not last if I kept using a random pen. So she has no second eye. But I still like this. She looks so scared. Or maybe that's jsut because her one eye is huge compared to the rest of her face. I know I went overboard with the shading. But still. This is the quickest sketch I have ever done that looks good.
