Lohengin - Lightfire Star

Today: a bit more of the costume. It was awfully expensive, most of all the cut-away's fabric, which ate alone about 200$, but it was just so hard to get a fitting fabri. I wanted something very detailed and richly embroidered in shades of grey and silver, and this one nearly consists of embroidered feathers. It was perfect. I had to have it.
Normally I don't spend that much money on fabric. But well, it's for the show and I didn't want it to be my second choice.

Maybe I can also get you a good photo including the boots. They're white leather with masses of silver ornaments, and I'm poud of them somehow.

The cape has two layers and is lined with a black silver-sparkling fabric. You can't see it in the photos, but it looks as if the stars had been caught with it.
I love this costume!

Today I've been working all day with my troupe on the new musical show, and they'll all be back by tomorrow morning to continue. I'm exhausted, but well - it's worth it.
But i'm still looking forward to sleeping.
