Jedi Series: Gar Logan

Here it is, Beast Boy for the Jedi Series, while in this universe he is known as Gar Logan. He is a shapeshifter, possibly the only one in the entire known galaxy. An expert in covert ops and infiltration, he's in fairly good with the government, good enough to not have to worry about job hunting. The rings around his tail are tied in directly to his shifting, without them he would have almost no control and would change with the slightest jerk or startle. While changed, the rings meld to his skin, or fur, as simple gold bands.
