My two OCs, Lethe (blue hair) and Highwire (brown hair).
This is Highwire's Teen Titan's look. Her top is different, and her skirt looks more like a tutu (obviously, you can't see the skirt here lol).
And Lethe is wearing her Titan outfit, too. It's actually just a sash with the logo on it that goes over her human clothes.
