My comment:1.put more efforts on his hair and dress,you know what i mean...
2.less tone/shading on the hair and dress
3.how long is the wand he's holding?I don't think he's holding it 'cause the stick is not in the right position.(logically,i mean)Or does it float?
4.is the wand glowing...?
5.Work more on the background
