Power: Controls clouds and what rains from them
Way to fly: Both sets of wings
He was very shy at birth but then started to warm up to the others and everyone and thing around him. Slowly but stedily. But he's still a bit scittish (meaning get's scaired easily) so please be careful. ^^
Note: No everyone he not chowing nor bitting into his tail. He's trying to hide behind it!!
