Yeppers, it's the fifth (fourth? I dunno) character in the list of seven. This guy comes in later on in the story, and his name is Magus 5.0.
You may notice that his eyes are scribbled in with the 1 px. wide pen. I was bored, and he's a robot. The eyes work. Why he has wings, I haven't decided yet, but the gem smack dab in the middle of his head is his power source.
And no, the binary doesn't say anthing.
