Well actually the females of Pleakley's species DO have hair. If you've seen enough of the Lilo & Stitch series, Pleakley's mother, sister, and betrothed (all from the Fibber episode) all have hair, as well as one unknown female from the Mr. Stenchy episode. ^_^ Weird, I know.
