For those who haven't seen Coco yet, I suppose it wouldn't really be much of a spoiler to explain that Hector died at the age of 21. It doesn't give anything away EXCEPT that he died young, which I thought was obvious from the get-go considering he doesn't have a single grey hair or any other signs of aging.
