Character Concept: Nexion

I've finally got to putting up a pic concept of my oc, Nexion.  Since my brother already described what he is and his back story, there's not much to actually say.  As I am sure you've seen, his style of design seems to look a bit like a Magneto design, and i'm not sure why.  Oh well, he's cool enough, and i've thought of other designs in terms of cybernetic forms, too.
