Capt. Roland Arloway

My nest new character from "12 Kage" is Roland Arloway.  He is the captain of the 3rd police division of the U.N. Special Forces.  He is true to justice, and hates all forms of criminal life.  He carries with him a highly refined katana and a HF/HP glove (high frequency and high pressure).  My brother said he looked like a sith lord, but thats just stupid.  In any case, hes after Kain for having an illegal weapon.
