Cypher

This is the first of the OC's that happens to be a villain. Cypher is a member of the Seiyaruu Cult, a dark sect that worships evil, and are also dependant on the Kage blades, one of which Kain has (though he has no connection to the cult.....or does he?).  Cypher's Kage blade, or rather blades, are the Kage daggers.  He also carries a special amulet around his neck that can change him, but ill explain that more when I add a picture related to that.
 
The basis for Cypher's design is from an old original character my brother made long ago for an actual series, but has since abandoned it.
