Alabaster Cook

This next OC is another member of the Seiyaruu Cult, and probably one of the oldest of the group.  He is a deicietful, treacherous snake who is an expert on dark magic, especially in the areas of brainwashing.  His Kage Scepter allows him to further his spells beyond any known human capability, and can either have his controlled subjects act with intelegence, or act just like mindless zombies.  Also, due to his views, he and Cipher do not get along very well.  I actually used a actual villian I knew of from the past as a basis for Alabaster.  Can you guess you?
