Captain Starsgard

Commander Starsgard is by far one of the most important people in the United Nations Special Forces, as she is the one in charge. In order to show that, I detailed her outfit so it showed more of a regal appearence, and that of a person who truly is high up in the ranks. Despite her level of order, she is a very consdierate perosn, but can be strict at times. Rarely does she really get angry.
