The last of my DBZ All Star pics, and it turns out to be one of the best villians in DBZ, Cell. Now he was around as long as Frieza was, so it no wonder he would be so well known. As for the pic, I wanted to focus mainly on his perfect form, so the other one is his enhanced state.
