Bleach Manga: Neliel

Finally, we are up to the second new character to appear in future Bleach chapters, and she I had not seen yet in the manga. However, my brother (Shadow-wolf), was showing me some cosplay images, and one of them was someone as Neliel. So, thats how I found out about her. Also, he said that she turns into a child and an adult.....hmmm, now where have I seen that before?

Im interested in seeing my brother draw these characters, but so far, it doesnt look like hes responded to my comment. Oh Well
