Older Neji: Cadet of Hyuga

As some of you may know, this would be the second time ive put up a pic of Neji older than in Shipudden, but this one is better. The main reason is of course, I used Paint.net for the coloring and outlining. I gotta tell ya, using layers for a pic really helps, but it can be frustrating at times.
