Girls of Sekirei - Tsukiumi

Now for the second of the Sekirei, a character that I believe will be quite interesting, is Tsukiumi. Whenever I think of her, I somehow think of Piccolo, wonder why? Maybe its because shes usually frowning with her arms crossed. I also heard somewhere that in the English dub, she apparently speaks with a Shakespearian accent, its that for real? I guess we'll see...
