Raven: You have no idea what kind of power that necklace holds!
This is a quick sketch of what kind of abilities Requiem commands, as you can see, his "Torn to rags" double cape is more than just a fashion statement, as he can create tentacles of them to bind to his will. I'll have more pictures of him and the titans fighting, and a little more background on him. As well as the story.
I was also asked why he takes on the form of a scarecrow, and all I have to say is:
"Is not the Crow and the Scarecrow mortal enemies?"
A raven and a crow are of course, the same bird.
