Well, another picture of Requiem, only I decided to color this one... And I must say... I need some practice. Oh well.
Yes his skin is the Raven shade of grey, but only because it holds the same for Rorek, (Which is, Im guessing, that all "Magic" people have the grey skin.) I plan on later revealing his face... or perhaps, leaving that up to the imagination? Heh, he is a villain after all.

I forgot to explain is why Requiem is a villain instead of a Raven Boyfriend?
Well, Requiem stands for everything that Raven is not. As a villain against the Titans, Requiem uses his magic without restraint, and does not meditate to keep his powers in check like Raven does. He is very emotional, (always angry, thus his power is out-of-control) and believes that the strong will dominate the "weak." (Characters who do not wield magic, which is all of the Titans except for Raven.)
Requiem and Raven remain as enemies/rivals with Requiem frequently the center of many thefts as he tries to steal any mythical artifacts so he can become more powerful.
He also flirts with Raven, telling her that if only they could see eye-to-eye, they would make a great couple. This usually ends with him being thrown face-first into a wall.
His choice of look also says that he and Raven will always be at odds. (Ravens/Crows don't get along with Scarecrows!)

Dude, the coloring on this guy is really awsome. I think that this guy is very orginal. I'm having a hard time creating up villans. But back to your pic, AWSOME The mask is really cool! and his gloves are really spectacular. I like the things flying behind him. at first it looked like wings, but no I see that it's a cloak. I think I will leave his face a mystery. Ah, and my next sketch of him should have him showing off his powers, against one of the titans.
Putting him in a real episode of Teen Titans? I wish.

Dude, Requiem is THE most original villain I've ever seen anyone create(including myself!)Y'know, I swear, if you could get a hold of the creators of teen titans, they would probably put this guy in an episode.*favs*
btw, it does seem like all the magic people in this show have grey skin. Also, you shouldn't reveal his face. Making him as mysterious as Slade would be awesome.
Loving his originality and his ruthless nature, yes he would be at home in the TT universe.
