You have a very unique style. It kind of reminds me of a cross between anime and disney. Your noses are nicely shaped and your eyes are always slighty protruding. It's a nice style, and it can be improved by working on porportions. I recommend using a clig (a small wooden mannequin with opposable joints) to help you with this. Also, there are many art books that specialize in realistic cartoons. Looking at the pictures in anatomy text books also help. Other methods of learning include looking at yourself in the mirror while you draw certain body parts(this will give you a greater feel for were certain things are, like how the clavicles and shoulders connect, how a hand looks with certain gestures, ect), getting people to pose for you, and using other art work, such as comics, magazines, or screen caps for reference. I guess the best advice is that practice makes perfect. As long as you always leave room for improvement while defining your own individual art style, you should be a success! =)

Nice work! You have a good feel for face shape and pose. You should try to shade it and add some shine to the hair, though. =)
