Ninian is gone. As an angel on high, she can only watch as her love cries in his sorrows....<br />
Wow. I mean, wow. This came out so much better than I expected it to. I couldn't bring myself to ink or color it and lose the detail, but my friend said it needed more depth, so I shaded it with my pencil. Ha. Solved that problem.<br />
This time, I also tried to actually do Eliwood and Ninian true justice, especially with the hair. You'll notice a few things that are different from my usual style, and that's on purpose. My goals for this pic were detail and emotion. <br />
Several other new things include:<br />
-Eli's tears. I got them to roll down his face quite nicely. One of the details inking and coloring would have demolished.<br />
-Partial Nudity: I was going to have her clothed, but the thought of a "pure" angel led me to the desire to experiment. Good thing her hair is conveiently long to cover the... dainty areas.<br />
-Shaded Wings: My OTHER friend looked at it and said the wings needed it to. I didn't know how, and had no guide, but I went for it, and it came out well. <br />

As you can tell, this is DEFINITELY one of my more better pics. Please comment. I worked so hard!

Alas, death strikes us all sometime, some even faster than others. There is but nothing to do but watch as time goes on his unrelentless march to the end. Death wedded Ninian too early, I fear. O, much I fear death as some ill, unthrifty thing.Alas, Eliwood without his girlfriend Ninian by his side is but death prorogued. Nothing to do as the world watches, each continent a statue unto themselves...

One of the most moving and deep scene I have ever seen. Such a sadness... but there is something beautiful because even is Ninian is dead, she still remains with Eliwood and won't forsake him. I think, Saria, that she is very sad but she will also finally confort Eli.
