Super Eds

Hooray! I'm actually finding time to update! 8D
Okay, so recently I was reading something on ff.net, and it inspired me into developing this new fic idea: The Eds get SUPERPOWERS!!!
...okay, yes, corny idea, I know, but stick with me on this. I really think I can make this awesome, like, an Incredibles or Fantastic Four kind of awesome. Of course, I'll try to be as original as possible at the same time. XD
Okay, so here's the lowdown on the powers I decided to give them, as well as my rationale.

Ed has the power to control Zero-Point Energy, as well as Super Healing (kinda like Wolverine). As a neat trick, he can also use the former power on his legs or torso to lift himself up as his own way of flight. Of course, whenever I see him freezing his legs to fly, I always see him tip over, like he's doing now. XD If he looks shorter than he should, it's 'cause he's all upside-down and looking up and all. Getting that pose right was HARD, I'll have you know!
I gave him Super Healing because he's always known as being dexterious, so I might as well show it. :3 And the Zero-point energy derived from his love of sci-fi, so I'm sure he'll have loads of fun with it. ^^ "JUST LIKE IN THE MOVIES! 8D"

Edd has the powers of Invisibility and creating force fields, just like the Invisible Woman (yeah, so much for being original XD).
Now, the reason I chose those for Double D above psychic powers, which also would've suited him well, was because both powers are naturally DEFENSIVE, and we all know Double D isn't big on the whole fighting front. In fact, when he begins to find ways to make his powers offensive in the fleeting moment of saving someone from a bad guy, he'll be, well, a little freaked out.
Besides, both powers involve mental manipulation of light and force, so he's still using his big brain, right?
Oh, and I didn't draw him with his hair because it's not revealed in the story until later. And I can honestly say he came out REALLY weird in this pic. XD I'll make it up to him, somehow.

Eddy's got Super Speed, as well as fire manipulation. I figured the two connected where he creates fire from the intense friction from his speed; he can even stoke a fire by rubbing his fingers together fast enough! I think those bold powers suit his character well, don't you think?

See, that's the key: character. I tried to match the powers with each of their personalities, as well as balance it out. My family and boyfriend really helped me brainstorm these ideas, so props to them!
So, this story is currently in development as of now. So now I'm working on, like, three EEnE fics at once. XD Oh well.
