Well, I have always wanted to have a headset for Wifi on the Wii. But it seems Nintendo hasn't got smart enough yet to make one. I know that some people don't really care because Wifi is well... free. But why not make a headset? Nintendo will get even richer, and Wifi will be more enjoyable by people.
Features: Power button, player indacator, 2 earphones, microphone, volume control, and is wireless. There's several possible ways you could connect the headset to the Wii.
USB- With the technology the Wii currently, has this is very possible. BUT you can only plug in 2. Or maybe just one could be able recieve a connection from 4 headsets.
Gamecube ports- with this, you have up to 4 headsets.
Wiimote- You place it into the Numchuck slot, and plug the Numchuck into that.
I'm not sure if the Wii has the right technology though for these connections besides the USB port.

I think the problem is that Nintendo are afraid that children using the headset will hear swearing over the internet (which is stupid becuase kids hear tons of swearing at home so whats a few swears over the net?)AxeDry on January 4, 2008, 9:48:59 AM
