Lifty is the younger of the two kleptomaniac raccoon brothers. Despite his small size, Lifty can actually beat up Flippy. Lifty's two cutest qualities aere the fact that he pronounces his "r's" like "w's" and his pointy teeth. He is very random, and gets a kick out of confusing people (mostly his brother) but that's why we love him.<br />
